As an ACMG hiking guide in the Bow Valley I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of Canmore cave tours. Our guide Emily did a great job of managing a large group so that we could see all the best features in the cave.

Our family did Rat's Nest yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. Alot of fun and some challenging spots to push yourself physically and mentally. Our guide, John, was super friendly, funny, and encouraging.

Amazing experience! Annie was an awesome guide.

We loved this tour. We have done cave tours before where we walked through the caves on a walkway, with a fairly large group of people and saw some amazing caverns and curtains and straws, and stalagmites and stalagtites in various parts of the US. But this was different because never before have we had to harness up, rope up, suit up, and have to take the kind of safety precautions that we took with a helmet and a headlamp. And that made this different and so cool! The formations may not have been as grandiose, but the experience was so much more! And our guide, Char was really supportive. There was one member of The group that had some challenges physically, and Shar helped that person every step of the way with lots of encouragement and lots and lots of support both technically as well as emotionally. She made it a great experience for all of us.

Amazing, awesome, and incredible!! Our group was amazing and our guide Annie was amazing and so friendly! Even when someone in our group dislocated her shoulder (not at all anyone's fault, it's an old injury), Annie was very calm and reassuring and she and John helped her slowly back up and got her out! Anyways very good very fun, we all had an amazing experience!! 10000/10 stars, would do again!!
