Was an amazing experience like no other! I have hiked plenty and I have climbed a little bit here and there. Going to the cave was so fun and gave you such a sense of awe. The tour guides were amazing. Our original tour guide Tamara aided one of my friends getting out of the cave since he dislocated his shoulder early on. She even personally drove them to the nearest hospital while me and my other friend stayed behind. Annie our our backup tour guide was absolutely amazing as well. She was very knowledgeable and helped push our comfortability a little bit for the tight spaces. She knew how to safely navigate the cave and was very knowledgeable about the cave and showed us some really cool things inside. If you have a chance to do this while you're in Canada and near Banff national Park, I highly recommend coming here as I had an amazing experience thanks to Tamara and Annie.

What an amazing experience! Our guide, Annie, was one of the best tour guides I've had. Even though she has been doing this nine years, she was very excited and animated, with a smiling face and pleasant demeanor, and was very patient with everyone in the group. Annie was an awesome Tour Guide - very patient and calming. This cave is an amazing adventure. For the full cave experiecne, you definitely need to to the Adventure Tour with the rappell and laundry chute.

It was a wonderful adventure for this 73 year old!. My friend and I had a great time. Hard but wonderful. We got wonderful phone service the day before and Annie was a wonderful guide. So helpful and friendly. Other people on the tour were great too. Thanks everyone.

My family and I will never forget John! Not in a creepy way, of course 🤣. He was such a kind and intelligent person. He not only had extensive knowledge of the history of the Rockies and the cave itself, but he was also a genuinely great guy with a personality that would make anyone want to return. And he did exactly that! I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

Such a cool way to spend a day in Canmore! The cave was beautiful and the tour route was well thought out and had lots of variety. Even though we we're down there for hours nothing felt stale (except for maybe the air down there.) Our guide John was amazing!

These caves are incredible. We had a group of adults and teens and did the private Adventure tour. Beautiful views on the hike getting to the cave and the 4 hours underground flew by! There is lots of climbing and crawling and our awesome guide was there to walk us through each step. If you are into adventure, I would highly recommend this.

What an amazing experience! If you're already an active person and not afraid of confined spaces, I highly recommend this tour. Felt safe during the tour with the guides information and safety instruction. Expect to go home tired and a little sore, totally worth it.
